The size of the rooms in particular the wet room as one of the party is a wheelchair user. The floor was even and meant manoeuvring was easy
we bought all of food to use on the BBQ as in the details only to find these wasn't one. We then resorted to cooking the food in the oven but the top oven wasn't working even we followed the clear instructions.

Spacious. It was flat and easy to get around (one of the party has mobility issues).
The step to the hot tub was missing. One was put there on the penultimate day of our stay after I asked about it.
The tv (Netflix) didn’t work.
There was a lack of food prep utensils eg a salad bowl.
The sign at the front was covered with undergrowth so it was hard to find the place. The hedges etc were cut back the next day.

Communal living space, comfortable beds, hot tub and BBQ
Instructions on the rubbish/recycling would be helpful but that in no way detracted from our stay.

The only negatives were that the BBQ didn't work which was a little disappointing as we had bought food for a bbq which we ended up cooking in doors. The hot tub was lovely but because it is under a tree when you were sat in the hot tub we were covered with blossom from the tree and had to scoop it out of the water. A pergola type structure whould have been ideal
