Villa Eleonas by the Sea with private pool

The villa has a private setting and is very comfortable. Fully equipped, it contained all we needed. It has fans and airco in each room and mosquito screens for each window. The house is also easy to keep cool without using the airco (although part of our stay was in a heatwave so then we did use it more often). The pool is great, we spent a lot of time there. Lots of olive and other trees around the house (including delicious figs). The balcony all around the house provides for shadow at each time of day. The separate place with the barbecue and pizza oven makes for a lovely setting, eating under the tree. Owner George was a very attentive and responsive host to us. Kamena Vourla is a nice place full of (beach) restaurants and with almost all Greek tourists, making for a very local feel. And don't miss out on the nearby Taverna Aiolos (5 minute walk), very local and friendly and with exceptional seating at the beach.

There was really nothing we did not like.
