Het lawaai van de buren en in de nacht van de bovenburen .

Highly recommend this lovely property it was very modern and spotlessly clean had everything we needed .The location was excellent a good range of bars restaurants close by but not too near for noise .We love the marina here it was a short walk to this and the beach also was a short walk away..We arrived late but found it very easy to get the keys from a lock box which is close by. Communication from the owner was excellent.I would recommend you taking beach towels as towels provided are only smallish.The hairdryer is excellent very powerful don't need to take one of these . The terrace is brilliant has a dining table for 6, comfy chairs and 2 loungers we spent alot of outside and you get the sun till approx 3.30pm when it goes behind the building Few tips Highly recommend Rocky O Reillys for a full English breakfast, The water Margin chinese restaurant excellent value and delicious food and the Sky Bar in the Benalmadena beach hotel for drinks and cocktails amazing setting and views .

Not a huge deal but is advertised as beachfront and it isn't .

Only problem was the hill up to the apartment

Een mooi gerenoveerd appartement met een groot terras op het zuid-oosten. Het appartement heeft voldoende uitrusting.

De geluidsoverlast van de neven- en bovenburen is heel vervelend en zeer frequent. Soms zelfs tot in de late uren. Omdat het appartement in een oud gebouw zit, is alles zeer gehorig. Daarnaast wordt er frequent verbouwd wat tot enorm veel gesloop, ge{dril)boor, gezaag en andere activiteiten leidt die ons verblijf bepaald niet leuker maakten. Tenslotte in 6 weken 8 kakkerlakken uit het appartement verwijderd. Door dit alles komt de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, wat ons betreft, zeer onder druk te staan zeker gelet op de laatste forse prijsverhoging.
