It's a double room with a large bathroom, a small table, a refrigerator, and an electric oven. It also features a Dolce e Gusto coffee machine, biscuits, jam, chocolate, and tea. For those who want to stay without having to cook too much, it's completely new, equipped with Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art air conditioning. It's located in the city center, just steps from the main square, museums, theaters, and private clinics (Villa Serena).
The hospitals are nearby and all well-served, 30 km from the sea and 40 km from the park. It's a 20-25 minute walk from the station (5 minutes by taxi). It's on the ground floor, making it convenient for those who prefer a more spacious accommodation than a single room and independence. Inside the hallway, there's a shared dryer and washing machine, both free to use.

L'alloggio è perfettamente in linea con quanto descritto. Si compone di una stanza piuttosto ampia con un letto matrimoniale, un tavolo, un armadio. Ci sono poi TV, frigorifero e forno a microonde ed è disponibile il WIFI, tutto funzionante. La stanza è dotata di un bagno privato ampio, con doccia. Per due settimane erano presenti un set di lenzuola e coperte per il letto e un set di asciugamani per il bagno. All'esterno della stanza, in uno spazio comune con altri alloggi, sono presenti una lavatrice e un'asciugatrice.
L'alloggio è in centro, comodo per gli spostamenti in tutta la città. I parcheggi nella via e nei dintorni sono a pagamento, ma non troppo distante ce ne sono anche di liberi.
La stanza è posta direttamente sulla strada, per cui si può essere disturbati dal rumore esterno, che comunque è del tutto accettabile.
La comunicazione con Christian è stata sostanzialmente puntuale, scarna ma assolutamente efficace. Christian si è dimostrato molto disponibile ed è venuto incontro senza problemi ad alcune nostre richieste. Ha inoltre fin da subito precisato che la stanza NON aveva una cucina funzionale ma solo frigorifero e microonde, come del resto già specificato sul sito.
Una pecca della stanza è sicuramente la scarsa luce naturale: sull'unica finetra presente è messa una pellicola scura che, se da un lato protegge da sguardi indiscreti, dall'altro costringe chi è dentro ad accendere la luce quando se ne potrebbe fare a meno. D'altro canto, la finestra non può venire spalancata mancando barre di protezione ed essendo direttamente affacciata sul marciapiede.
In definitiva, un alloggio comodo, pulito, senza pretese.
