Great location, close to town and the lake. The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, you could have eggs cooked freshly to order. We had a suite which was a great size.
There was no kettle in the room and it was a bit musty. The carpet could do with replacing. The couch in the room sagged severely in the middle and so we didn't really use it.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to downtown but far away from the excess traffic and noise. The hotel provides free parking in a safe location.
The hotel lacks character and the service is impersonal. I felt like staying in a hotel from a big chain, while I wanted something a little more personalized. Breakfast is acceptable, but way inferior than other hotels I've been.
