Clean with lovely quilts on the beds, this little house is in a great location near "The strip" of Pigeon Forge. The Pac Man arcade game is a nice touch. Easy checkout with fewer requirements than most!
The decor could use a bit of updating for younger guests, but for me it was like staying at Grandma's - cozy, comfortable, and functional. Only better with TVs in each room!

Wow! Gatlinburg area used to my favorite but now Pigeon Forge was truly the winner this trip and largely due to our location, clean stay, and very spacious rental. Not to mention a jaccuzi! Communication was 5 stars and I highly reccomend! This will be our go to location in the future and thats saying alot

My family of 8 stayed here for the weekend. Convenient location. Plenty of space for us. Kitchen is definitely in need of updating. Counters had burn stains, flooring had holes, everything in kitchen looks like it's from 1960's. The hot tub did not work the first day. Maintenance came, but it still didn't warm up past 85. When we took linens off one bed, there was a huge blood stain on the boxspring and blood on the pillow cover (not the pillow case, but the zipped cover). I have pictures of everything. There's a reason why it's cheap.
