Great

This was my second stay in same apartment, things haven't changed since last stay so I dont have anything to point out. We had some issues with noise from construction site in neighborhood but owner solved it very well

I think overall impression of apartments San will be much better when things in front of building and at first floor are finished.

Highly recommend

I was really impressed by amenities in these apartments. You have everything you need so you can feel like at home. Compared to other apartments in Croatia and Montenegro, these are next level. Houseowners were not there during our stay but there is woman in charge Kata and she is very kind. Kitchen has everything that you need to cook, living room with great sofa and smart TV so you can watch YouTube, Netflix and so on. Dining room is huge with great table and chairs, you can really enjoy your meals. Bedroom has great bed and closet. Same standard applies to bathroom. Overall, whole apartment is spacious and there was a lot of space for our kids to play. At ground floor you have access to washing machine and other stuff in case something is missing in you apartment. Very close to the beach, like 20-30 meters. Loviste is so different than any other place in Croatia and you will really be able to rest properly. I could say a lot more good things but I mentioned most important.

Lot of construction still in progress arround the house which is not bad thing and it will be interesting to see when it is completed. If standards In the house are followed on the outside, these apartments will definitely be one one the best in Lovište.

Perfect location, big apartment, clean and lots of space to keep a board, kayak, SUP, etc.

Building is not fully finished. In the room there are light bulbs with white color which is not very nice during the night.

Proximity to the beach, less than 30 m. Apartmant was very nice and clean. Other utilities were on disposal enabling to leave sup or other equipment at the lower ground floor.

There is need for additional kitchen dishes (e.g., pots or pans) if you plan to stay longer than a week an plan to cook. Kichen stow is not so good.

Nice one bedroom flat in a brand new block. Well finished and equipped. Comfortable bed, air con Free use of washing machines on the ground floor. Sea view from the balcony.

If you look away from the sea there's an unfinished apartment block behind and a parking lot to the side. Would be good to have a parasol for the balcony. Tiny bath towels. Outside paths and steps not finished but sure they will be by 2023.

Terrible experience followed pulmonary problems

The worst apartment we have ever been to in Croatia ( we were in croatia 10 times before) We had to leave the facility in the middle of the holiday because we were suffocated by smoke - every day from 5 p.m. the hotel next to it smokes a barbecue and a bonfire. My balcony was 3 meters from their fireplace, unfortunately the owner did not show it in his photos. Photos of my balcony were untrue at the time of booking, as were the photos of the whole building. The owner is incompetent man and dishonest - he doesn't want to give our money back for the time we weren't at his hotel. Do not pay him money in advance. just terrible experience

- daily suffocation with smoke from the fireplace and barbecue from the restaurant next door -no internet throughout the stay - the staff says that there is simply no internet here - but the owner says the opposite -the building is under construction -the staff does not speak English no matter what language you speak they speak to you in German - the Matrix Resurrections :)

After a disappointing start (beds had not been prepared) we had a lovely stay.

The location was perfect - just a few steps from the beach. Loungers were available which was also great.

Unfinished parts of the building made it a bit awkward getting in and out.

Excellent!

Apartment was very cosy, clean with all appliances. Beach was very close to house with few good restaurants. Morning coffee was joy with sound of crickets. Highly regarded. Very good and honest communication with owner. Heartily recommended place and accommodation.

To be honest nothing much to complain but one suggestion though. It would be appreciated to consider installing balcony parasol to prolong enjoinment saying on the balcony during hot summer days.

Super!

The friendly hostess Kata waited for us and showed us the house and the apartment. She was also very helpfull with her advises about Lovište and Pelješac. The apartment was fully equipped, very clean, with enough bed linen, towels and all the kitchen utensils including kitchen towels. On the ground floor were available 3 washing machines, beach chairs, clean towels and bed linen.

Although the apartments are very nice, the house is not finished yet, but we knew that in advance. The sidewalks around the house are not finished.

Séjour vraiment apprécié dans cette résidence très agréable

Appartement 1 : spacieux,confortable,moderne. Il y a des lave linge au sous-sol de la résidence .L’emplacement est idéal à 60 m de la mer.Il a un parking privé.Le petit village est agréable avec une petite supérette et des restaurants.La dame qui nous accueille est agréable.

Dans la salle de bain il y a 2 prises de courant mais aucune ne fonctionne,dommage !
