Wir würden die Villa Joka jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten einer separaten, sehr ruhigen aber dennoch zentral gelegenen Siedlung. Sie ist absolut neuwertig und auf hohem Niveau ausgestattet. Die Außenanlage mit dem großen Salzwasserpool, den Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten ist für Familien mit Kindern ein Traum. Der Kontakt zum deutsch-sprechenden Eigentümer und zur englisch-sprechenden Hausverwalterin, welche bei Bedarf zeitnah vor Ort erscheinen kann, war stets ausgesprochen freundlich. Bei Rückfragen wurde zeitnah geantwortet und geholfen.

Expectations vs reality

The villa is very modern and well equipped. The kitchen has all necessary utensils. Pool and outside area are beautiful. Another advantage is close distance to sea (~10 mins)

When we arrived, the house wasn't completly clean (there were some trash, empty bottle etc.), we noticed lack of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs) - these things was delivered next day. We didn't get an access to whole villa - we had only 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (according to the Booking offer there should be 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; regardless of the number of people). We had a long discussion with owner, including contact by Booking Customer Service - they agree with us that we should get an access to whole villa and proposed us, that they will pay for that 'extra room and bathroom' (because owner was stubborn). One of person had to sleep on the sofa (which should be pulled-out and of course it wouldn't). The deposit was returned after agreed deadline (it should last up to 7 days) - after my question (after 10 days), why does it take so long - the owner answered that he lost our account details (it can not be true, because we've paid for the stay from this account) - so why he didn't contact us earlier and ask about that? I can not recommend this place, especially by Owner

Wunderschönes Haus, toller Gastgeber und perfekte Lage. Kann es wirklich weiter empfehlen. ALLES TOP! 🔝

Sehr sauberes und schönes Haus. Pool und Garten perfekt auch für Kinder. Der Griller war auch spitze. Gute Ausstattung und es war immer wer erreichbar. Jeden Dienstag kommt jemand zum Pool reinigen. Betten waren hervorragend und es war alles da was man im haushalt benötigt. Die Schlafräume sind alle mit Klimaanlage und tollen Rollos. Es ist wirklich angenehm zum schlafen. Auch sind die 3 Schlafräume ziemlich gut abgedichtet und man hört die anderen nur wenig durch. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 3 Kindern, mehr würd ich nicht einquartieren, sonst wird der Platz etwas zu klein.

Leider war der Geruch im Badezimmer furchtbar (aus dem Kanal) aber Thomas weiß Bescheid und hat auch erklärt wie es besser wird. Da ist aber leider die Bauart schuld und das Problem hatten wir schon in einigen Häusern in Kroatien. Ebenso die Bauart beim Pool: die Fliesen sind wunderschön und werden überhaupt nicht heiß im Sommer, aber dafür sind sie super rutschig. Also Vorsicht ist geboten mit Kindern. Es ist aber ein großer Abzieher da, und wenn man da gleich dahinter ist passt es. Nur kann man dann das überschüssige Wasser nirgendwo rein schieben und somit bleiben die wasserpfützen und auch dreck in einer Ecke liegen aber das ist die Bauart 😅
