You can reach your vacation home via the stairs or the elevator. The hallway, featuring a modern coat rack, leads to the spacious living and dining area. The dining area, featuring a solid-wood table and swivel chairs, and the cozy sofa nook create a harmonious overall atmosphere. The corner sofa can be pulled out to provide additional sleeping space for two more people. Entertainment is provided by a modern flat-screen TV and a built-in wall-mounted radio. Practical pleated blinds on the windows can be quickly and easily pulled up for privacy.
The open and ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line brand-name appliances. From the very tastefully furnished living-dining area, you can step out onto the spacious rooftop terrace with a large electric awning. You can enjoy the sun on a comfortable lounge chair with a typical East Frisian tea or an ice-cold drink at the round table with garden chairs.
Keeping to the right from the entryway leads to the chic shower room with a toilet. The large, walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and the large, illuminated mirror set into a niche above the sink offer the highest level of comfort. An integrated bathroom radio rounds out the harmonious overall look.
You can access your bedroom through a sliding glass door from either the shower room or the living-dining area.
The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed (two mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm), nightstands with reading lamps, and a large sliding-door closet, enjoys plenty of natural light but can be quickly and easily darkened thanks to coated pleated blinds. Here, too, you have direct access to the rooftop terrace.
The penthouse is designed to be barrier-free in all rooms and is equipped throughout with underfloor heating, dimmable lighting, and Wi-Fi. However, access to the balcony is only possible via an interior step.
A bike storage room in the basement is available for your bicycles or e-bikes.
