A bitter end to an otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel was beautiful. the views from the apartment room was something we will remember forever. Property is very well taken care of and also has an indoor garage which was very comfortable

We were very disappointed with how we were welcomed and later treated by the host. Upon arrival, we noticed immediate hostility from the host, who we understand is the owner of the property. He walked us through the apartment and gave us all the information very quickly and in Italian. He told one of the guests that she should "really educate herself on saunas" just because she asked if she could enter the sauna in her swimwear when she said she was uncomfortable going nude (the host said that the sauna was a nude area). We understood his position, but he did not need to be so passive agressive. When we asked for a recap of some information, the host would always say "as I already told you..." and proceeded to give us the information with quite an arrogant tone. To add insult to injury, the night before we were meant to check out, we had an accident with our car and we were stranded on a main road about half an hour from the area. We called the hotel hoping they could assist us with booking us a taxi to come to the hotel and a taxi the next day to the airport, and instead of assistance, he was more concerned for the pending bill we had with him. He gave us a number which was unavailable and refused to help us any further until he was paid for the dinner we had. He exerted frustration at us for something that was completely out of our control. He ended the call by warning us to call him as soon as we got home that night to ensure that we did not run off without payment. We called him as soon as we arrived (10PM) after a 4 hour breakdown, wanting nothing more to do with this man after such an outrageous reaction at people who were only asking for help. We were very disappointed in his language and behaviour toward us. We saw previous reviews commenting about his behaviour, but we kept an open mind, until we were treated so poorly. In the host's own words, he could use some lessons on hospitality. A bitter end to an otherwise lovely stay.

Highly recommended - you will feel like you're on top of the world!

Loved the location (incredible views, day hikes possible from the property into a number of directions and at different levels of difficulty), the hotel offers very large rooms including a huge bed, a terrace/balcony and privacy. The kitchen in the room is great and fully equipped and the onsite restaurant is highly recommended. All staff are very attentive and friendly.

We loved the location and view, the pool, the food and the interior design of our room. The staff working at the restaurant is professional and friendly.

We liked everything. However, even though it’s a residence and not a hotel, from a customer perspective I would recommend including daily cleaning in the services, to improve the customer experience.

Ein absolutes Highlight für uns. Und wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, werden wir wieder kommen.

Das Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend. Jeder extra Wunsch wurde sofort erfüllt. Alles wurde frisch zubereitet. Da hat sich eine kurze Wartezeit auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Sehr schön, dass der Wellnessbereich ganz nahe beieinander gelegen ist. Keine weite Wegstrecken. Alles im Haus ist auf das modernste eingerichtet. Das Personal war sehr, sehr kompetent und nett.

Im Wellnessbereich fehlt leider eine Uhr, woran man sich erinneren kann, wann man wieder raus muss

Luxus mit Blick auf die Dolomiten

Sensationeller Blick auf die Gipfel von Rosengarten und Latemar, komfortable fast brandneue Apartments. Sehr schön gelegenes, rundum verglastes Restaurant mit kleiner Karte (aber Hauptsache, es gibt Wiener Schnitzel :)). Wir haben mehr gegessen, als wir gewohnt sind, weil es richtig gut war, und die Weine sind auch lecker und nicht zu teuer. Toll auch der Pool, eingebettet in einen kleinen Naturteich. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Alles war hervorragend und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Ambiente, die unfassbar aufwendige Modernisierung mit so viel Liebe fürs Detail und nachhaltigen Materialien, die einmalige Lage, der Blick vom Balkon aufs Bergmassiv, der Geruch von Zirbenholz im Zimmer, die makellose Sauberkeit…da findet man gar kein Ende! Die Wandersteige starten direkt hinter dem Haus und Herr Pircher, der Eigentümer, gibt gerne gute Tipps für schöne Touren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird es hier lieben.

Wenn noch die Sauna und der Pool eine Stunde länger offen hätten, dann wären es 11/10 Punkten;)

Eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit super Blick auf sowohl Bozen als den Rosengarten und Marmolada Massiv. Moderne Zimmer mit atemberaubenden Blick. Schöner Pool und Saunen mit fantastischen Aussicht. Super Wanderwege direkt von der Unterkunft aus

Nicht alle Zimmer können mit Hund belegt werden. Daher vorher in der Unterkunft nachfragen. Schade, dass man das Frühstück nicht auf der „Abendessen“ Veranda genießen kann.

Abgeschiedene Wohlfühloase nach unserem Geschmack, besser geht es nicht

Super ruhige Lage mit bestem Blick auf den Rosengarten, Lattemar und die Alpen. Abendessen im Anbau mit Rumdumblick ist einmalig. Topp saniertes und umgebaute Wohlfühloase. Mit viel Herzblut und Topp abgestimmtes Konzept. Beim Wandern entdeckt, da mussten wir ne Woche hin, Erwartungen übertroffen. Danke!

Rust in fraai appartement op de berg

Hele smaakvolle appartementen. Vriendelijk personeel. Fijne sauna met snowroom. Dagelijks reiniging van je appartement. Mogelijkheid om te dineren. Heerlijk ontbijt.

Alles beviel prima. Je moet met de juiste verwachtingen naar deze accommodatie gaan. Het ligt op een berg dus er is rust. Het dorp is klein met minimaal winkels.

Un magnifique hôtel SPA où l'on a pu se reposer et profiter des infrastructures.

L'hôtel était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Un surclassement à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel, il ne manquait rien. Les produits étaient locaux, un vrai régal. Le SPA est vraiment beau. La vue de la chambre sur les montagnes.

L'accueil par le propriétaire un peu froid. Le personnel qui parle à peine italien. On a pas ressenti cette "dolce vita" qui caractérise tant l'Italie ( chaleur dans les échanges ). L'heure des repas, pas de réservation après 20h00. Le prix du séjour pour le chien 38 euros /jour( un peu cher pour un teckel)

Schönes Hotel und zweiseitiger Lage (Lage = top, Anfahrt = flopp)

Die Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Pool ist eine super Abwechslung zum Wandern. Sehr ruhige Umgebung und auch ruhige Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber! Man kann direkt in Wanderwege starten. Aber auch in der Gegend sind schöne Wanderungen möglich.

Die Anfahrt ist abenteuerlich. Die Straße fast in der Breite ein Fahrzeug und man muss einfach hoffen das niemand entgegen kommt (ca. 1,5km). Das Frühstück sollte hochwertiger sein für den Zimmerpreis. Die Brötchen bspw. sind sehr hart und das Baguette welches weicher ist, ist sehr begrenzt. Während des Frühstücks ist die Gastgeberin sehr anstrengend und laut. Sie muss zeigen, dass sie da ist und arbeitet und das soll auch jeder merken.

UNA MAGNIFICA SORPRESA

Una splendida struttura con vista spettacolare sul Catinaccio, integrata benissimo nell'ambiente che la circonda. Luogo perfetto per staccare la spina, dotato di servizi molto curati. Stanze arredate comn molto gusto e con materiali di prim'ordine. Molto gradito l'upgrade gratuito concessoci all'arrivo ed il continuo e cordiale supporto del titolare e del personale della struttura. Ottimo il ristorante, particolarmente generoso nelle porzioni senza rinunicare alla qualità della materia prima. Per amanti veri della natura e della montagna. Ci torneremo.

Wohlfühl Ort und Ruheoase

Wir haben fünf wunderschöne Tage im Ansitz Velseck Residence Hotel verbracht und können die teilweise negativen Bewertungen keineswegs nachvollziehen. Das Hotel hat eine außergewöhnlich schöne Lage mitten in der Natur oben am Berg mit einer gigantischen Aussicht auf den Rosengarten. Der neu gebaute Wellnessbereich lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, die Architektur sowie die hochwertigen Materialien beeindrucken sehr. Das gesamte Anwesen ist Blitzsauber und überzeugt mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Hausherr hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, es lag ihm viel an unserem Wohlergehen. Toll ist auch, dass man direkt vom Hotel aus wunderschöne Wanderungen unternehmen kann, auch hier hat uns der Chef die besten Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank auch an das überaus freundliche Hotelpersonal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein sehr hochwertiges Hotel mit tiroler Charme an einem perfekten Ort zum Wandern.

Das Frühstück war regional zusammengestellt und auf gesunde Ernährung ausgerichtet. Eier konnten in jeder Form bestellt werden. Das Familienapartment für fünf Personen war sehr geräumig mit bequemen Betten ausgestattet und mit dem Blick auf die Rosengarten-Bergwelt sehr schön. Der Hotelbesitzer und die Angestellten waren immer sehr freundlich und sind auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Wir wurden fachkundig jeden Tag zu geplanten Wanderungen beraten. Nach anstrengenden Touren bot uns das tolle Spa die perfekte Regenerationsmöglichkeit. Auch wenn das Hotel selbst keinen Fitnesraum hat, ist die Außenanlage mit großzügigem Rasen und Blick auf die Berge der perfekte Platz für Yoga, Pilates oder andere Workouts.

Un établissement idéalement placé au pied des randonnées, en pleine nature, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour déconnecter : le paysage, la piscine face aux montagnes. le confort de l’hôtel et la liberté de l’appartement. Tout est très beau, calme, confortable. Mention spéciale au dîner sous la véranda.
