The flat is in a quiet place, we had a good rest. The room has three beds, a tv, air-conditioning, a coffee machine, a little stove, a microwave and a fridge. The terrace has comfortable furniture. A kind lady was waiting for us in front of the property to give us the key.
The garden needs some work and can scare guests off. There is some old stuff in the garden which could be taken away. The place is modest but has a big potential.

The apartment is really close up to the hill from Balatonfűzfő train station. It's an annex to the main building where the owner lives(I guess). Everything was clean even though it's more like hut/cabin then apartment. The owner was really nice and tried to speak as much English as possible. The comfort match the price.
In some corners were spiders... but as I wrote above - it's hut.

The view from the balcony
No one to talk to in person. Over the phone I had to figure out where the key was hidden and where my apartment was with a woman who was barely understable in English
