About this apartment rental

A beautiful, stately standalone villa offers accommodations in just 3 apartments. The villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Central Dalmatia, on the island of Solta. It is just a short walk (only a 10-minute walk) from the center of the town of Maslinica, where you’ll find a supermarket, a tobacco shop, restaurants, bars, and more, as well as a pharmacy, post office, clinic, and other services.

Located in a very quiet area, the apartment offers a stunning sea view; it is very bright, tastefully furnished, and air-conditioned.
The villa offers the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation with friends or family while maintaining your independence, or to choose a very romantic getaway for couples. Direct access to the beach in front of the house, with beach chairs and umbrellas included in the rental price.
The apartment includes:
- a living area consisting of an open-concept space with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), a living room with a double sofa bed, and a large balcony offering a stunning view of the small islands in the bay
- a sleeping area consisting of an entryway, a double bedroom with a balcony (ocean view), and a bathroom with a shower.

Very nice owner, respecting your autonomy and same time very supportive when you have a specific question. Kitchen well equipped, you can cook there with no issues. Apartment is of a good size and clean. And sea view is amazing.. having a coffee in the morning looking into the sea and evening glass following sunset would guarantee great memories. Private beach to get in 2 min and nice open beach 10 min walk (were going there for kid to play with other kids). Would be happy to come back
