Ideal retreat for anglers or small families! This charming property features two bedrooms, one bathroom, and is pet-friendly, conveniently situated between Moors Resort and Big Bear. Guests can enjoy stunning views and access to a private dock with deep water available year-round, making it an excellent choice for fishing trips, small family getaways, or solo retreats. At Fisherman’s Wharf, you will find a fully equipped kitchen complete with utensils, cookware, and major appliances, along with a standard coffee pot; guests are responsible for providing their own condiments, spices, beverages, and coffee. The open-concept living room offers seating for five and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities. The bathroom includes a bath/tub combination, while the first bedroom features a full-size bed, closet, ceiling fan, and dresser. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, offering a full-size bottom and twin-size top, along with a dresser. Linens for the kitchen, bath, and bedrooms are provided for up to five guests, but beach towels for lake access should be brought by guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, an air conditioning unit in the living room, heating throughout, and basic starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. Outdoors, enjoy a screened-in porch with lake views, a gentle slope to the lake, a private dock, and a charcoal grill (charcoal and cleaning are the guest's responsibility). On-site parking is available. Please note that the property may have surveillance cameras or recording devices in outdoor areas for the safety of guests and the property. Check-in is at 4:00 P.M. CST, and check-out is at 10:00 A.M. CST.

At first we were a little apprehensive about the A/C (window unit in the living room), but it kept the house and cool. The driveway is a little ruff, but we have a truck, and the other couple has a Jeep, so it was fine. The house was very clean, and you cant beat the view! It is also close to shopping, and Land Between The Lakes recreational area. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be looking at staying there again in the future.
