About this house rental
Complete house with garden for 8 people in the village of Saint Genes Champespe, village at the foot of the Sancy, at 1015m above sea level
Bread, groceries, bars, tobacconists, newspapers, restaurants, etc.
15/20 minutes from the resorts of Super Besse and Chastreix (skiing and summer activity)
5 minutes from the nautical base of Lastioulles (supervised swimming, canoeing, sailing, fishing)
The house is composed of:
an 80m² garden with table for 8 and a barbecue

on the first floor
A large room (kitchen, lounge area) of 55m2
a toilet

1 bedroom 1 bed of 140, roof window with blackout blind
1 bedroom 1 bed of 140, roof window with blackout blind and glass roof
1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, open to the mezzanine
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds
1 double sink bathroom and large shower
1 small bathroom 1 sink, shower, WC
The kitchen is equipped with:
washing machine
microwave oven
Oven
4-burner gas stove
dishwasher
raclette machine
Baby high chair
… etc.
a cot in a room
you will also find a TV with chromecast, a Table Football, a retro gaming arcade machine,... etc.
and will have access to "very high speed" internet included in WIFI
(!) *Towels and sheets are not provided, but it is possible to rent it.

Are provided 2 double duvets, 4 small bed duvets and 8 pillows
All mattresses and pillows will be covered with single-use protection.
You can park vehicles in front of the house, on the other side of the street (non-private parking) without any problem
Booking from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays (3 nights minimum for spring holidays).

Séjour en famille avec des adolescents, très belle ballade. Prévoir le pain car pas de boulangerie ou bien penser a le commander a la pte épicerie .

Maison conforme aux photos propriétaire au petit soin et toujours dispo pour ces locataires la personne qui s occupe de l accueil des vacanciers et super sympas
La maison est vraiment jolie très chaleureuse spacieuse bien isolée et bien située
Rien à dire en plus le baby-foot nous à permis de faire des petits tournois en familles à l apéro
Je compte bien revenir dans cet location quand je reviendrai dans coin

La maison est parfaite. Nous étions 8 4 adultes , 2 ados et 2plus petits .tout le monde était ravi. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les 2 salles de bain sont très appréciables. La cuisine est idéale et rien ne manque La situation géographique est elle aussi ideale : Proche des pistes de ski , de randonnées..
