About this villa rental
3 bedroom Luxury Villa Loel is located in the traditional village of Tzamarelata, in the picturesque region of Erissos, close to Alaties and Agia Jerusalem Beaches and Maganos village.
The blending of modern and traditional design elements has created spacious and relaxing areas inside and out. The stone architecture reflects local construction traditions whilst the modern interior lends a luxurious dimension and was designed with your comfort in mind.
This three bedroom villa is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in luxurious surroundings, and all rooms have a sea view. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor (one double with en-suite, and one twin) and one double is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are light and airy with beautiful, well coordinating décor, fitted wardrobes, comfort mattresses, a desk, balconies and amazing sea views. There are three bathrooms in the property, two are on the upper floor including an en-suite, and one is on the ground floor. The villa also features an open plan fully fitted, modern kitchen with dishwasher and spacious dining area. This blends effortlessly into the living room which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a coffee table. Free WiFi, air conditioning and washing machine is available at the property.
Outside there is a large sun terrace, with a BBQ, outdoor dining facilities, sun loungers and a private infinity swimming pool. Cool down in the garden and admire the sea views and sunset – Villa Loel is beautiful, calm and very well equipped.
For extra treats you can arrange for a massage or private chef at the villa. Free private parking is included, or should you need it there is a paid shuttle transfer from the airport.
The villa has some metal horizontal railings, designed to offer great views both on the ground as well as on the 1st floor veranda that could be climbed by small children, so we ask for your attention.

Everything about the home was perfect! Brand new with beautiful furniture, lighting and other fine design elements! Kitchen was well provisioned with all necessary tools and equipment. The outdoor area was spectacular! The host family were willing and able to assist in all ways and ensured that the home and property were well cared for and maintained! I hilghy recommend Villa Loel!

Thank you so much to Erisa and her family for making our stay in Kefalonia so wonderful. The villa was perfect and spotlessly clean and Erisa was a fantastic host with lots of tips on where to go and where to eat - and helping us with bookings. The location is great with lovely beaches and tavernas very close by and easy reach of Fiskardo. We particularly enjoyed Aliati.
