Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into a beautiful living room, elegantly furnished and featuring a comfortable double sofa bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). The kitchen, seamlessly integrated into the living space, stands out for its refined wooden finishes, adding warmth and a unique touch of style and exclusivity.

From the living room, you access two bedrooms, each with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other is served by a separate full bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.

The apartment is located in one of the most sought-after areas in Seville’s city center, right next to Plaza del Duque and just a short walk from Avenida Torneo, Plaza de Armas Station, Paseo Colón, and the Guadalquivir River.

Situated on quiet and charming Calle Liñán, a small, peaceful street, you’ll enjoy a relaxing stay while being surrounded by tapas bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Seville’s most iconic landmarks, including the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Alcázar, and the Archivo de Indias, are just minutes away on foot.
