El apartamento es amplio y cómodo con una terraza protegida muy agradable. La azotea tiene muy buenas vistas. En cuanto al interior, la habitación es grande y la cama súper cómoda. La cocina está bien equipada y en el baño nos encantó la ducha. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, así como las escaleras/entrada. Ubicación muy céntrica, a 50 metros de las piscinas de Martíanez.
El hotel vecino tiene actividades con música de 12 a 13 y por la noche de 22 a 23. No es muy molesto pero se oye. Como recomendación, la azotea superior podría tener alguna tumbona o similar para aprovecharla mejor, pero entiendo que sea complicado porque sopla viento fuerte a menudo.
