The place was super clean and the host was welcoming.
The place uses a sofa bed, which was fine. But the description of the property does not say it.

Very clean and fresh apartment, tidy kitchen and bathroom. Fair value for the money asked. Suits well for longer stay with a single exception (see below).
Bed (foldable sofa-bed, actually) is the only thing that definiely needs an upgrade. It is both too narrow and too rough to sleep on without mattress. Staircase cries for renovation, but this is a common problem of older houses - for some reason people tend to invest only in their apartment refurbishment, but never pay attention to common areas. No big deal, you see it only for 10 seconds on the way in or out.
