Muy limpio y equipado (cocina, tv con conexión a netflix y demás plataformas, ducha genial).

Estaba en la zona que necesitaba y tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Además la propietaria tiene a disposición de los huéspedes varias guías muy útiles de Gijón y de Asturias preparadas por ella, además de lo necesario para desayunar. En general estaba bastante limpio y la nevera y microondas, que suelen ser más problemáticos, estaban impecables.
La propietaria se pone en contacto más de lo necesario para mi gusto, habrá a quien le guste así. La pared de atrás pega con un bar que, gracias a dios, cierra pronto, pero entre eso y que está a pie de calle no es nada silencioso, le falta aislamiento. Aunque el apartamento en general estaba muy limpio, en el baño había demasiados pelos que no eran míos, incluso dentro de un cajón, me parece un descuido importante.

Quite location with a brilliant little tapas bar round the corner.
You walk in and you immediately get a musty damp odour. A clear indication that a property is not clean.
