The appartment is in the city center in an old and nice house. It is well equipped. There is a view into the courtyard with olive trees. The owner is very willing and will send you all informations (e.g. about restaurants) to your phone.

Parking is very close but you need to pay it in a slot machine, which is fine for one day but might be a complication if you would like to stay longer.

Spacious apartment with one big living room with a double bed, and other 3 individual beds in another room. The apartment is in a historic palace in the centre of Rovereto, just a few minute away from the main attractions.

Posizione centrale, a due passi da un parcheggio pubblico a pagamento. L'host si è reso davvero disponibile e ci ha permesso di fate check in all '1 di notte. Comodo per chi è di passaggio, vicino ad un bar per la colazione

L'appartamento è a soffitto molto alto, abbiamo avuto freddo e l'assenza del telecomando del condizionatore non ha aiutato. Le asciugamani e teli doccia avevano forte odore di non asciugato bene

Va bene per una notte. Seggiolone disponibile. Posizione comoda.

Ci avevano confermato un lettino per il nostro bimbo ma pochi giorni prima dell'arrivo ci è stato comunicato che non era disponibile, quindi il bimbo ha dovuto dormire con noi nel letto da una piazza e mezzo. Non c'era troppa acqua calda nella doccia e il bagno non era troppo pulito. Non c'è il microonde in cucina. Appartamento abbastanza freddo, non abbiamo trovato un modo per alzare la temperatura. Si trova nella zona ZTL quindi non c'è parcheggio davanti a casa.

Ambiente molto umido e di conseguenza vi era odore, poco curato nei dettagli, alcuni accessori in dotazione da sostituire perché vecchi e usurati. Lavasciuga non presente. Perché sostituita da lavatrice nuova ma senza funzione di asciugatura.

La posizione centrale e il piano terra per un facile accesso. Letto comodo e ambiente spazioso.

Poco luminosa, accesso da un androne, presenza lavatrice, ma senza possibilità di stendere il bucato al sole. Box doccia troppo piccolo e privo di piano appoggio per per sapone o altro. Mancanza bidet e doccetta water. Essendo in centro, tutti i parcheggi sono a pagamento. Nessuna copertura telefonica e il Wi-Fi inizialmente non funzionava. Questo ha causato inizialmente la mancanza di approvazione del pagamento da parte mia. Successivamente il pagamento è andato a buon fine, ma la prenotazione Booking è risultata erroneamente cancellata.

Es hat uns gut gefallen!

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt und es wurde alles erklärt. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß in einem historischen Gebäude mit Blick auf idyllische Innenhöfe. Die Lage ist zentral und wir konnten direkt vor der Wohnung parken (tagsüber 2€ pro Stunde).

Für eine Zwischenübernachtung für fünf Personen passend. Für längere Aufenthalte wird es etwas eng.

Basterebbero un po' di cura e di rispetto

Casa davvero sporca: frigorifero, cassetti posate, ragnatele e formiche in casa, asciugamani (ammucchiati in un armadio) e lenzuola umidi e con cattivo odore, abbiamo avuto prurito durante la notte. Telecomando televisione rotto, mancanza buste spazzatura, manico doccia rotta, andava tenuto in mano. Insomma, eravamo 4 sorelle, giovani e abituate ad adattarci anche a situazioni spartane. Ma qui mancavano rispetto e cura verso chi soggiorna ed ha bisogno di sentirsi accolto. Mi dispiace molto lasciare questa recensione ma credo sia importante tutelare chi lavora bene e segnalare questo genere di situazioni. Per fortuna era solo una notte di passaggio sennò non saremmo rimaste.

Peccato per la pulizia

La posizione centralissima, all'ingresso del centro storico. Il parcheggio su strada è appena fuori dalla ZTL e accanto a casa. La casa era fresca nonostante la giornata caldissima.

La pulizia è da rivedere. Il pavimento e le superfici erano stati lavati, ma non profumavano di fresco. La cucina non era molto pulita. Tende e finestre sono da lavare. Il divano ha un cattivo odore. Moltissime ragnatele. La sensazione non era di comfort.

Alloggio nel centro storico di Rovereto

L’appartamento è spazioso e situato al piano terra di un affascinante edificio storico nel cuore di Rovereto. La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi da locali, ristoranti e attrazioni principali. Tuttavia, ho trovato l’ambiente piuttosto umido, caratteristica forse legata alla tipologia dell’edificio, e per chi è sensibile come me può risultare poco confortevole per soggiorni più lunghi. Il parcheggio non è incluso, ma c’è la possibilità di posteggiare a pagamento nelle vicinanze (zona 1, circa 2€/ora), un aspetto da tenere in considerazione. Per una notte è andato bene, ma probabilmente non sceglierei questa soluzione per soggiorni prolungati.

L'appartamento è in pieno centro storico, comodo per spostarsi a piedi. Dimensioni buone.

Trovandosi a piano terra è un po' umido. Inoltre manca il bidet e la manutenzione è abbastanza scarsa visto le molteplici cose rotte (fare la doccia con la doccetta in mano è piuttosto scomodo). Ma la cosa peggiore in assoluto è la mancanza totale di pulizia. Pavimento sporco, bagno sporco, peli tra gli asciugamani, piani della cucina e tavolo schizzati di sugo, frigorifero sporco. Addirittura un calzino abbandonato dietro a una porta. Direi piuttosto trasandato tutto.
