About this villa rental
Description
Nice new pavilion of about 75 m2, for 2 to 5 people, comfortable, furnished for tourism with two bedrooms.
Main room with equipped kitchen (induction hob, American fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, convection oven).
Dining area. Reversible air conditioning, TV and Wifi.
Lounge area, single sofa bed.
One bedroom with queen size bed (160 x 200), firm latex bedding.
A bedroom with two single beds (90x200), firm latex bedding
A bathroom, with walk-in shower.
Outside: private terrace and garden, with table, sun loungers and gas barbecue-plancha.
Secure parking space. For our cycling and motorcyclist friends, possibility to park in a secure garage.
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside but an outdoor area allows it.
Pets are not allowed.
Linen (sheets, towels, dish towels), basic products for your first breakfast, Internet access and current charges are included.
Free baby equipment on request (travel cot, changing table, high chair, bathtub...).
The swimming pool
The 3 m x 3.5 m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.5 m, is private.
Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. Safety barriers that comply with the legislation are present and must be kept closed.
Beach with deckchairs and umbrellas available.
