This is a house for lovers of nature and rustic living. The view is unobstructed over the Cevennes mountains. The natural setting is exceptional. The house is surrounded by a park with olive, pine and oak trees.
The tenants have exclusive use of the 450m2 house and 34ha of land. The renovated part of the house is 120m2. The property is 4km from the village of saint laurent le minier, and 2km from the best local swimming: the cascade de la vis. The renovated part of the house is 120m2 and sleeps 8 people. It is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob and one electric hob, espresso coffee maker, wine glass, all kitchen utensils, internet, TV and DVD). There is a large wood-fired oven for making bread, pies and pizzas in the courtyard.
We dry the washing outside. If it is raining, we take the washing to the paying dryer in the town of Ganges. The house has no central heating. There is a fireplace and electric radiators. Tenants should bring warm clothing to protect the environment. The mild climate of the region does not require air conditioning for the summer.
