Our new, modern finca is located not far from Binissalem, in a sunny rural setting, in the middle of the José Luis Ferrer wine-growing areas.

From the finca you have a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains. The house offers about 325 m² of space for 10 guests. Comfortably and modernly furnished, it has a total of 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with single beds), all with air conditioning, and 3 bathrooms, two of them en suite, as well as an outside toilet. The spacious open-plan living/dining room, very bright and glazed, with satellite TV and WiFi internet, offers a beautiful view of the pool terrace. The ultra-modern open-plan kitchen, equipped with a 4-ring hob, microwave, oven, grill and dishwasher, is right next door.

The outdoor area, with a shaded seating area and chill-out sofa, is beautifully landscaped, and the 10 m x 5 m private pool (depth 1 m to 1.80 m) is completely surrounded by a large lawn. Additional equipment includes washing machine, tumble dryer, high chair and baby cot.

There is enough parking space at the house. Binissalem is a place known for its good wines, and of course also has bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearby motorway connection leads to both the capital Palma and the beautiful beaches of the bay of Alcudia and Pollensa in about 25 minutes.
