This agriturismo is lies amidst beautiful countryside between Tuscany and Umbria. The agriturismo is on a hill (about 350m above sea level), from which you can enjoy a lovely panoramic view of the Alt Valle del Tevere.

The four available holiday apartments are in an old, remote country house that was renovated in 2002.

In the outdoor area there is a swimming pool (6 x 12m, depth 140cm) for shared use (open from 1 June to 12 September). The semi-circular part of the pool has a diameter of four metres, is 60cm deep and therefore also suitable for children.

Discover the places of interest of the Valtiberina such as . Sansepolcro, Anghiari, Citerna, Monterchi and the Città di Castello. The agriturismo is the ideal place for those who would like to enjoy peace and quiet, but would also like to enjoy culture and gastronomy. The agriturismo is also not far away from the tourist attractions in Umbria, Tuscany, Marche and Romagna.

This holiday flat is located on the first floor and has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a large kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two persons and a table with four chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, toaster and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.

Please note that the bedroom has no door and the wall does not reach the ceiling.

Outside there is an area equipped with a sun umbrella, table and chairs. On the first floor there is also a small loggia for shared use, furnished with a small table and two chairs.
