About this villa rental
Beautiful villa Mil, completely surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the Gulf of Naples, for those looking for a holiday in the complete relaxation, but not far from the city center. About 10 minutes by car or bus from the center of Sorrento, Priora uphill of Sorrento city.
The villa is composed of two floors connected by both internal and external stairs.
The First floor is compose of: Living area approx 70 SQM, with a large window overlooking the garden, pool and hot outdoor shower, 20 SQM equipped kitchen with balcony and external space, to enjoy an excellent lunch in the shadow; a bathroom with all the comfort approx 12 SQM (Whirpool Shower); laundry space with balcony dryer - washing machine - hanging washbasin, etc and a room with two beds approx 15 SQM.
The seond floor is composed of: one bathroom approx 23 SQM with whirpool bath, double washbasin wilth all the comfort; one double bedroom, one triple bedroom andterrace of approx 60 SQM.
The internal staircase completely finished in precious wood under starirs and external stone stairway with staircase.
Alle the villa have sea view and Gulf of Naples.
Other things to keep in mind: the villa is located in a small hilly village (Priora) not Sorrento center, it is possible to reach the center of Sorrento through a panoramic path in about 15 minutes on foot side to the villa itself.
there are no supermarkets near the villa, so it would be appropriate to do the shopping before check in.
However all the shops and supermarkets are about 4 kilometers from the villa in the center of Sorrento and 2 km from Sant'agata sui due golfi a small town where you can buy everything you need.
