A25 Pristine & Sunny flat with balcony at downtown Athens

Super lokalizacja. Kilka minut do centrum. Aczkolwiek właściwie to już było centrum. Na przeciwko piekarnia, obok kawiarnie, bary. 100m do sklepu gdzie jest bardzo tanio. Do autobusu A1 (na plażę) szło się kilka minut na przystanek. Na tramwaj T6 (też plaża) również kilka minut. Sam apartament miał wszystko co potrzebne: ręczniki, wygodne łóżko, suszarka do włosów, czajnik, przybory kuchenne, lodówka. Mały balkon gdzie była też suszarka do ubrań. Super, że był dostęp do pralki i proszek do prania. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze i cicho chodziła. Były też rolety elektryczne dzięki czemu w nocy było fajnie ciemno. Kontakt z obsługą super. Dostawałam odpowiedzi na każde pytania bardzo szybko. Wybrałabym ten nocleg ponownie. Cena adekwatna do jakości.

Trochę słabo posprzątana łazienka i brudna podloga na balkonie. Brak worków na śmieci i miotły żeby sobie pozamiatać trochę podłogę. To drobnostki do lekkiej poprawy. Gdyby nie to dałabym spokojnie 10.

The location was good, with a short walk to Monastiraki and Ermou. My favourite Koulouri Cafe is right across the street which was great for running downstairs and taking a coffee and pastry upstairs to enjoy on the porch. The real reason I rented this space was BECAUSE of the boasted sunny space with a porch, as I prefer to be in the sun at all times and rent accordingly. The porch got 2-3 hours of sunshine midday, which I enjoyed during that time. The room was quaint with a double bed and a nightstand, a closet with hangers and an ironing board with an iron, which I appreciate when travelling.

Unfortunately, it was difficult to enjoy the few hours of sunshine on the small porch, as there was constant grinding going on the entire day at the apartment across the way that is clearly being renovated. It's not the host's fault, but it did prohibit enjoyment with the loud constant drilling and grinding just a few feet away. I'm sure once the renos are finished, that the porch experience will be more enjoyable, but it did take away from my stay. The shower still had soap scum on the walls, which was easy to notice since the shower walls are brown and the white film showed up a lot. I would have preferred to have a cleaner shower wall.

Location, new and clean bathroom, bed.

Water no pressure, noisy neighbourhood, light sources in the whole room. Blinds next to the bed could only be opened half.

- Location: easy access by metro from the airport + all the interesting spots are walking distance - The area and building feel safe - The room was clean and modern - The host responded very quickly when I had a question - The check-in process was easy and flexible - The map and recommendations provided were helpful - The bed was very comfortable

- A lot of noise coming from the inside of the building (other guests shouting in the hall, slamming doors very late and very early) - there's lots of echo! - Microwave & proper espresso machine would have been appreciated for this price (it's a basic American coffee maker) - Since there's no room cleaning, it would be nice to provide the necessary so we can clean the place ourselves - garbage bags, broom, cleaning product and cloths, etc. (a strange "in-between": neither a hotel room with services, nor a fully-equiped studio) - The shower head is problematic, intermittent and not enough pressure to wash long hair - Smaller than I expected (not really a flat, more like average sized hotel room with kitchenette)
