The location was excellent, right in front of the pool, very quiet, very comfortable, all amenities available, easy parking, near the beach.
The air conditioning wasn't working which was not the owner's fault. The owner tried their very best to have it fixed during our stay. It only had one bathroom - the announcement on Booking showed 3 bathrooms.

Tolles Appartment, mit allem was was man braucht, tolle Lage am Pool. Würden sofort wieder kommen!

Baía da Luz is a good resort.
The apartment was quite small. From recollection the advertisement did not indicate that there was only one bathroom between two bedrooms. Due to a family bereavement we had to leave the apartment early.We left a wedding ring behind in the apartment. Neither the agency used by the owner or reception at Baia da Luz were helpful and in fact told us that the room had been cleaned and there was no jewellery there. Only for a friend was staying for a few extra days and insisted on getting access did we manage to retrieve the ring.
