Bain à remous au top, projecteur équipement au top. Magasins et grande surface proche. Espace cocooning super. Odeur très agréable au rez-de-chaussée
Les autres locataires qui ne respecte pas le bâtiment (interdit de fumer mais pourtant ça sent la cigarette aux étages (pour des non fumeurs cela comme ma compagne et moi même cela est désagréable..) et la porte de l’immeuble que les autres locataires ne respecte pas non plus car celle-ci était souvent ouverte or la sécurité de l’immeuble et des chambres est au top!

Un très bel appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut, très bonne literie
Super mal situé, difficulté à se garer, beaucoup de bruit le soir et elle la nuit, mais le plus gros point négatif, l’odeur …. La salle de bain dégage une odeur nauséabonde, on a voulu utiliser le balneo, ( bourré de tartre marron), une odeur horrible s’en est dégagé au moment de démarrer les bulle … pareil en ouvrant l’eau dans la douche… pas de VMC … des traces de coulure marron sur les télécommande .. niveau hygiène je ne peux pas dire que l’appartement était clean loin de la …
