House Near The Beach (Militsa & Aggeliki)

We spent a wonderful New Year’s week in this charming little beachside house. The house is small but very cozy, with two lovely terraces, a bedroom, and a living/ sleeping area with a fully equipped kitchen — truly, it has everything you need to feel comfortable. We loved the peaceful location, just across the street from the beach, the comfortable terrace with a barbecue, dining area, and a hammock that our son absolutely liked, and the beautiful garden full of greenery, rosemary, aloe, and lemon trees. Our host, Militsa, was attentive, warm, and welcoming, making us feel like guests, not just renters. The nearby town of Kiti is full of charm, beautifully decorated for Christmas, with plenty of shops for everything you might need. Thank you so much, Militsa! We truly felt at home and hope to come back again soon. It was an unforgettable stay!

Apartament posiada wszystkie udogodnienia. Jest idealny na rodzinny przyjazd. Właścicielka zapewniła nam wszystko i wsparcie na najwyższym poziomie.

Pervolia is a nice place, a developing appartement-area. In a few years, people will find it hard to remember as it is now, but that's a good thing. Kiti citi centre was close, just a small walk where we could do the shopping and all. The house itself is nice and the owners were so lovely they made sure we felt like home. Homemade marmelade and olives, both were delicious, everything set up for use, it was just perfect.

Due to it being a developing area, it is currently lacking. This can be considered either positive or negative, I felt it being a bit empty, but this is not the house's fault, noone's actually, just a negative people should consider when booking!
