Wonderful facility; Nice place; all the toys to make one happy.
Concerns: paid to heat hot tub and it never heated up; 11 people need toilet paper. We ran out on day 3 of day 6; supplies should be increased. I would avoid booking through Xplorie solicitations. We did not receive what was advertised and the quality was poor. You get what you pay for

The home was beautiful and a brief walk to the beach. Our family of 11 had plenty of space and everyone had a wonderful time. Kids loved the beach and pool. Adults enjoyed the screened porch and two living spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home. Great location. The manager was attentive and helpful when needed. I don't believe in the description all the amenities were stated. There were tons of pool toys, a few beach chairs and even an exercise room with weights, TRX straps, treadmill, etc. Large , flat screen tv's everywhere.
The layout was great for our family.
It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach.
