About this house rental
This house has 2 separate livings areas, each with it’s own kitchen. 4 bedrooms (2 upstairs, 2 downstairs), 3 full bathrooms (2 up, one down), enormous private fenced yard, great for kids and dogs. Gas fireplace. Recently renovated and updated, all amenities!
Access to the Chain O Lakes and Fox River, near Forest Preserves and State Park, Wilmot Mountain. Boat rental and boat ramp one block away. 15 Minutes drive to Six Flags Great America and Gurnee Mills Outlet Mall.
30-day minimum rental. Rates can be negotiated for longer stays.
Off-street driveway parking for 4 cars, big enough for a boat trailer.
Fireplace, WiFi, washer and dryer, grill, deck with table for 10, fire pit.
A few hundred feet to private dock with boat lift. Please note- the lakefront space with dock and boatlift is private for the use of the house, not shared, but is about a 2 minute walk from the house and not directly adjacent.
Sleeps 10, pet friendly, smoke free.
***Security Cameras PLEASE READ*** There is a Ring doorbell camera on the front door. There is security camera that views the back yard that is turned off when the alarm is disarmed. There is a camera in the alarm panel that takes a still photo of the person that disarms the security alarm from the panel. At guest request, I will disarm the alarm before your arrival. The area is very safe and most guests do not use the alarm system at all, it is there for me to monitor when the property is vacant. If you do not use the alarm, the camera will not take any photos of you. The camera does not take video and it cannot be remotely activated. These photos would ONLY be viewed/accessed in the event of an emergency.

We wanted a weekend getaway with the guys to hangout and enjoy the lake. The location was perfect. We rented a boat and parked it at the dock.

Very nice house in a convenient location. We had four adults and really enjoyed the full upper and lower levels. It was nice to each have our own space. House has recently been updated and it was done well. Would definitely stay there again!
