This magnificent 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the relatively quiet suburban Riverland neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale invites you to lounge in the sun in your own private heated pool and is located minutes away from major highways and the new Guitar Shaped Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Riverland is perfect for business or pleasure with easy access to all of the best dining, shopping and entertainment in South Florida. The home is completely updated with quartz counter tops in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The floors are beautifully tiled in the common areas and the bedrooms are decked out with hardwood floors to provide a cozy experience. Boaters are welcome. There is a neighborhood boat ramp located 3 blocks away from the property. There are also multiple family-friendly parks located within 3 blocks of the home (5 min. walk).

The house was excellent and in a very good neighborhood. Excellent communication will host. The only downside was the pool malfunction so we didn’t use it as much as we would have liked too. Also I think the nest control malfunctioned the last two days of our trip so the air conditioner was on the blitz. But overall the stay was quite pleasant and the house was immaculate.

Super convenient to FLL and the Los Olas district, this house is in a relatively quiet neighborhood with a spacious pool deck and a kitchen outfitted for cooking meals regularly. The bathrooms were nicely situated, and had toiletries and extra towels. As a 3-4x/year renter via ABB and VRBO, I have but two suggestions: supply diffused/dimmable lighting options in the living room, and make outlets or USB ports more visible in the bedrooms. Otherwise: can't go wrong!

If you are considering either staying at the hard rock or at this property, it’s no-brainer folks These are outstanding hosts. We came for a poker tournament at the hard rock and really didn’t wanna leave the property because of it’s incredible location. It is the best property we've ever stayed at in the past seven years of playing at the hard rock casino poker open. Everything and I mean everything you could possibly need at a property as if it were your own it magically was there. I have no doubt whatsoever you'll enjoy this property.

Excellent property that was as advertised. Erick is Awesome! Neighborhood is quiet, and safe. We were there for work in the local area, there was plenty of food and entertainment options nearby to keep us occupied in our off time. The home was perfect for the nights we just relaxed at "home". Would definitely recommend this home and will look it up again if we are back in the area.

Groups of friends and I stayed at this rental and it was PERFECT for what we were looking for. Close to so many fun things to do, wonderfully quiet and relaxful neighborhood for this group of sleep deprived moms! A group of us came down for the casino and the F1 race and the location could not have been better. The pool was a blast and the neighborhood was nice. The location off of the highway was great. Its very close to the casino and dolphins stadium. Will definitely stay again

The location of the house is perfect. It is approximately 15 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale area and 15 minutes to the west (Plantation, Sunrise, Weston) where we have relatives. The House was clean, spacious and comfortable and the host, Erick, responds almost immediately to any inquiry. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to rent.

We stayed here for 5 beautiful weeks escaping the Canadian winter. We have rented places for the last 7 years. This place was the most outfitted to ensure a great stay from kitchen appliances to towels. We spent a great deal of time around the heated pool. Erick ensured a smooth check-in and quickly answered any questions we had. All pool and lawn maintenance personnel were friendly and respectful. We will certainly look into renting again.

We rented this house for a long weekend for my birthday. It was me, my two adult daughters, my best friend and her adult daughter. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has really nice appliances and everything you need to cook a full meal. The house is stocked with bath towels and beach/pool towels, which is such a ice touch, especially with 5 ladies sharing a house! The pool and backyard was just the icing on the cake for this rental.. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house. We loved our stay here and plan on returning!

Stayed for 10 days. Was very impressed with the property and the property manager. Erick dealt with our 1 issue with the pool heater not working very promptly. Neighborhood is quiet and close to freeways for drives to the beaches, Miami and Sunrise.

We loved this house! Great home for families!!! Everything was super organized,, clean and stocked with towels coffee, soaps.... My family didn't want to leave. The washer was giant which this mom of 3 totally appreciated! Neighborhood is a little older but home is beautifully updated. Teens loved the speaker system by the pool that they could connect their phones to. Convenient to highways, beaches and groceries. We will definitely rent Casa Lani again next time we visit Family in the area

The property was absolutely perfect with one exception- the pool doesn’t have a safety handrail to enter and exit. Of course we knew inspections have to be passed or you couldn’t rent the property We just felt not having a safety rail was a safety issue for any age group- day or night. That being said- it was just perfect otherwise! Clean… quiet location…central to everything we wanted to do. We knew before we left, we want to rent this home again in the Fall. Thank you to the owner for providing a great rental property!

Stayed in April for 4 days. The property was as described and in photos. There was an issue with the dryer we contacted the homeowner and he took care of everything the very next day. The pool wasn’t cleaned unfortunately, the owner said a pool maintenance company is supposed to look after that and they didn’t do their job. Hard to hold the owner accountable for that. Other than the pool everything else was perfect!

This property was perfect for our family for a week in Southern Florida. The location was great to easily visit beaches in Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We also took a 1/2 day trips to Key Largo and the Everglades. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our group. We had a great time here. Our family really enjoyed it too. We loved having the pool to ourselves. The house was great, modern, up to date & very clean. Cooked and grilled out too. Loved the pillows, nice and firm and not mushy, beds were comfy too. Our host, Erick, was so responsive to us throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. Appreciated how he set up lock code too, easy to remember.
