The “podere”, an old farmhouse which has been recently refurbished, is located in a very quiet position at only 10 km from Volterra and 20 km from San Gimignano. The two houses of the property preserve the original architecture, with stone walls, vaulted ceiling or wood beam ceiling, and are surrounded by its huge olive grove. At guest’s disposal a swimming pool (12x5 mt, open from end of April to October), barbecues, washing machine, gazebos, olive oil tasting, parking. From any point of the property there is a stunning view over the countryside and Volterra. Nearest restaurant is at 3 km and the a food shop at 5 km.
We can say that it is very central located as Florence, Siena and Pisa are all at 60 km; Lucca is at 70 km.
The property consists of 6 apartments, each one with private terrace and wi fi. Pet are welcome.
In the main building there is an apartment for 2-3 people, as well as the breakfast room on the ground floor. The owner lives on the first floor. The other house is located in front of the swimming pool, and there are 5 apartments.
