This villa has a privileged location, as it is only 3 km from the beach of Puerto de Pollensa, and only 3 km from the historic town of Pollensa. Access is via a secondary road and there is a small forest just behind the house, which makes it an ideal place for bird watching. It is also only 5 km from Cala San Vicente, a charming place with crystal clear waters.
The front part, as well as one side is covered with a large and beautiful porch with arches, where there is an area equipped with chairs and table to enjoy meals outside, and another equipped with comfortable sofas and deckchairs for your comfort. Surrounding this porch is a large garden area with lawn and hedges, where the barbecue and the swimming pool are located, this also has a solarium with sunbeds and parasol. At the back of the house there is a small forest of centenary holm oaks, which makes it an ideal refuge for birds. The house is completely isolated in a plot of 12000 m2 completely fenced and closed by a barrier.
The house is on one level and has a large arched porch, which makes it different. The main entrance is under this porch and leads directly into the living-dining room, equipped with sofas, table and chairs for 6 people, satellite T.V., music system and DVD. Just to the right we have the semi-open kitchen with an american bar, fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and all the necessary utensils for cooking. from the same living/dining room, a corridor in front leads to the bedroom area, to the left we have the first double bedroom equipped with 2 single beds of 0.90 wide. to the left a spacious bathroom, with bathtub, wc, bidet and washbasin. Then to the right there is another double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and equipped with 2 single beds of 0.90 cm wide, which has an en-suite bathroom equipped with shower, washbasin and w.c. To the left is the large bedroom, equipped with king size bed and fitted wardrobes. All the bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning, with beautiful exterior views overlooking the garden, and the whole house has wifi. TOURIST SERVICES AVAILABLE - Own restaurant services, including breakfast only, half board or full board. The services can be provided either in the house where you are staying or in the restaurant itself. - Laundry and dry-cleaning services, which include washing and ironing of clothes, bed linen, guests' personal clothing, etc. - Regular cleaning of the property. We had a pleasant stay. The pool is beautiful and the house and terrasses as well. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and suitable for cooking real meals. The beds are very good as well. We had some problems with the tabwater quality that is why it is not an overall 5 star review, but the owners were very kind and helpful. The location is very nice: very quiet and private but still close to the village and beach.
