Beautiful holiday home only 400 metres from Cortona, one of the most beautiful towns in Tuscany, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period and which in the Middle Ages was enriched with beautiful monuments and churches. The 270-square-metre villa is very well furnished, elegant and comfortable, situated in an enchanting panoramic position, surrounded by olive trees and the typical Tuscan landscape. Thanks to its excellent location, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, with the advantage of being able to reach the village also on foot. Just 50 metres from the villa is another small villa for 5 persons, with a private pool, which can also be rented. At guests' disposal is a private swimming pool (4x9, "infinity type", open from May to October) situated in an amazing panoramic position with a view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. Also available to guests are a barbecue area, parking, laundry and dryer (on request), breakfast, dinner, cooking classes and wine/olive oil tasting. The villa can accommodate up to 8/10 people (possibility of 2 extra beds) and is very well furnished and equipped (air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, CD/DVD player, safe). Basement: large living room with fireplace and bathroom with WC. Ground floor: kitchen (very well equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), dining room and two double bedrooms with panoramic views. One room has a private bathroom with hydromassage shower, while the other room has a bathroom with bathtub, Turkish bath and shower. First floor: two beautiful double rooms with enchanting panoramic views. Each room has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. Hairdryer in each bathroom. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. On arrival, guests will receive a welcome basket with homemade delicacies from the owner (chef in a restaurant). - Welcome basket (basket of fruit and vegetables, milk, water, soft drinks, American coffee, espresso capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, toilet paper, paper towels, paper towels, baking paper, foil, cling film).
Cortona is only a few minutes' walk away (restaurants, shops, museums, etc.). The most beautiful art cities in Tuscany such as Pienza (45 km), Montepulciano (30 km), Siena (75 km), Montalcino (65 km) and Florence (90 km) are within easy reach.
