Two-room apartment 2+2 beds, 50 sq m. The flat is located on the ground floor of the main house. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (or one with two beds), a bathroom with shower (toiletries included) and a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette (4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, American coffee maker, kettle).
Terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams. Beautiful pavilion equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The flat is also equipped with air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, fan, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector.
A wine tasting is included in the price.
The holiday home has 8 comfortable flats furnished in Tuscan style, all with private terraces, terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The house is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden with swimming pool (20x8 m, open from May to October, depth: 1.4 to 3.0 metres) with hydro-massage corner, table tennis table, children's playground, outdoor barbecue and bocce court.
Twice a week the owner cooks typical Tuscan dishes for his guests, which can be enjoyed in a large communal dining room equipped with satellite TV, books and board games.
