Holiday apartments on the island of Pasman, just five metres from the sea
The holiday apartments are in a private residential house in Nevidane, on the lovely Croatian island of Pasman. It is just five metres from the sea.
The house consists of two completely independent holiday apartments. The house has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment.
Each apartment has its own outdoor area. Cars can be parked on a private site just 50 metres from the house.
The nearest grocery shop is about 500 metres away, a bar about 100 metres, a restaurant about 1000 metres, a post office about 700 metres and a bank about 20km. It is just five metres to a concrete beach, while the nearest sandy beach is 100 metres away.
The 100 m² holiday flat is located on the ground floor. It offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x190cm) and the other with two single beds (80 x 190cm) . The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for two persons (160x190cm), a dining table, a fireplace and satellite TV . The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, toaster, American coffee machine and a fridge with freezer. The large bathroom has a bathtub with shower curtain. The flat is equipped with an internet connection.
The flat includes a spacious terrace with sea view, seating, awning and barbecue, as well as an outdoor bathroom with shower. The garden in front of the house is for the exclusive use of the guests.
