Breakfast was good. You could choose what you wanted from the menu in advance, and they would prepare it for you for the morning.

Yes, the location could perhaps have been better, but it’s not something that would stop me from choosing this hotel again in the future.

It’s a beautiful property and the staff is very kind.

The twin room for two people was too small.

They gave out nice token amenities like snacks in the lobby, a stuffed mini elephant when you leave, a coffee corner on every floor, etc.

They don’t let you know in advance that there’s a deposit required to get your room key. Other hotels told me in advance but they didn’t. There’s only one hook for one towel in the bathroom which is inconvenient. There’s no fan in the bathroom either and the door is exposed on the bottom so everything from the bathroom will waft into the main room. Something to keep in mind when sharing the room with another person. If you need any staff assistance with anything during your stay, if it can wait, always work with the day shift staff. The woman who works the night shift here is literally so bad at her job that it made my stay incredibly frustrating. She seriously needs hotel training.
