About this apartment rental

This comfy and cozy remodeled condo features flat screen TV's in every room,

including a new 55" Samsung Smart TV in the living room, complimentary hi-

speed WIFI throughout. The condo has beautiful vaulted ceilings, a custom

stone wood-burning fireplace, private washer/dryer, sofa bed in the living

room with a foam topper. There is an additional TV and sitting area in the

loft upstairs. Featuring an outdoor balcony with bistro table and chairs,

dining room with seating for six, bar area, and more!



The master bedroom has a California King bed with a comfortable foam mattress

topper and attached bathroom with separate vanity area. The enclosed loft

upstairs is like a second private living area! It features a Twin bed with

additional Twin trundle, each with a foam topper (for a total of 2 Twin beds),

a nice leather sofa (also a sofa bed) and flat screen TV with DVD player.

There is a second bathroom upstairs that has been remodeled and wont

disappoint. Guests have access to the on-site shared jacuzzi and sauna. All

guests receive complimentary full access to the offsite Snowcreek Athletic

Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full

fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.



This is an upstairs unit with 14 covered steps to to the front door and the

secure private ski closet. There are 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets

are permitted. This unit now has new high speed WIFI internet throughout. This

unit sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with two outdoor parking spaces.

Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than

what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our

Stayed for 4 nights over the New Years holidays. Condo is in good location near the Eagle Lodge and old Mammoth area. Great parking and easy to find. Perfect size for 4 adults, wouldn't stay with more people b/c it would be too tight. The master bathroom/suite area is awesome, and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated that they provided a humidifier, and the bedroom had a ceiling fan. We slept like babies! The upstairs is very small and tough for adults to stay in due to the sloping roof, but would be good for kiddos. The unit probably needs a décor refresh, but we found the TV room comfy and the kitchen well appointed. The WIFI situation was really, really bad though. We could never connect to any of the networks and because there was zero cell service in the area, we kept losing the connection with the "help desk"...which wasn't of help. One of us is a network engineer and still couldn't connect despite troubleshooting. We were really, really upset with this promised feature being unusable because some of us needed to do work while staying there and could not. That one issue put quite a damper on what would have been a completely happy trip. I would consider staying here again if the WIFI situation is fully confirmed in working order. The rental ladies were super sweet and easy to work with, so will definitely work with that company again.
