Amazing beach house

1. A Genuine Beachfront Property One thing worth highlighting straight away is that this house is truly beachfront. Not “near the beach” or “a short walk away” as many listings claim—this one actually opens straight onto the sand. Being able to step outside and immediately be at the shore made a big difference to how easy and enjoyable our days were. 2. The House The property itself is practical, comfortable, and well thought out. It has two good‑sized bedrooms with proper wardrobes, so you’re not living out of a suitcase. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and amenities you’d need if you like cooking, which we appreciated. The sitting area has a sofa and TV, and the internet worked reliably throughout our stay. The bathroom is modern and clean. Outside, there are several places to sit—both shaded and sunny—and a bit of grass before you reach the sand. The host also provided umbrellas and beach chairs for guests to use, which was genuinely helpful. 3. The Hostess Katerina was pleasant and easy to communicate with from the beginning. Messages were answered quickly, instructions on how to find the property were clear, and we received useful guides for local shops, tavernas, and places worth visiting. Overall, the communication made the stay smoother. 4. The Beach The beach in front of the house is long and sandy, with plenty of space even when more people are around. It never felt crowded, and there was enough room to relax or even play games. There are beach bars nearby if you want a drink or snack. A small note: the first steps into the sea are stony, and it gets deep quite fast. Non‑swimmers or families with younger children should keep this in mind. 5. The Village – Chorefto Chorefto is a peaceful, quiet village with a good selection of bars and restaurants. It’s not overly busy, which adds to the relaxed atmosphere. We had a very good time overall and recommend Katerina and her flat to everyone

locatia este chiar pe plaja, are o curte foarte bine echipata si retrasa, este un sentiment special cand esti acolo. Satul este bine aprovizionat, sunt multe plaje de vizitat cu masina in jur, atmosfera este senzationala datorita apropieriide munte si tavernele de la cativa pasi distanta ofera o variata oferta pentru servit masa daca nu vrei sa gasteti in bucataria care este foarte bine echipata.

totul a fost minunat. drumul pana acolo este dificil in ultima parte cam 1 ora si jumatate dar merita.

I strongly recommend this villa! I was on vacation with my family for 6 nights, and everything was perfect. Let's start with the location, there is no better location than this. The beach begins from your veranda, and the beach is spacious, sandy, and very beautiful. The distance from the water and your veranda and from the water to the beach bar next to you is the same. There are umbrellas and deckchairs in the villa's yard which you can freely use on the beach. The villa was very clean, all the appliances functioned perfectly, WIFI was very good. There is an espresso machine using Nespresso capsules. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and nice. If you take it, it will offer you a great family or romantic summer experience. Katerina is a GREAT HOST - Friendly, helpful, and caring for the wellness of her guests!

Everything was quite great! The travelling between Vollos and Horefto is an intense experience, but the views are worth it!

Perfect location! Its by the sea - no need to even cross a road! Fully refurnished. A great place for relaxed beach holidays!
