Village at Mammoth. Walk to restaurants, shopping, nightlife and the Village
Gondola for easy access to Canyon Lodge. Then leave the car parked and enjoy
everything Mammoth has to offer right outside your door. The bright and
inviting main living area features vaulted ceilings and plenty of space to
relax after a day on the mountain. Cozy up beside the real wood-burning stove,
stretch out on the sleeper sofa, or enjoy a movie on the impressive 65"
flatscreen TV with soundbar. A third full bathroom with walk-in shower is
conveniently located on this level. The fully equipped kitchen features
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to
prepare meals at home. Downstairs, the primary bedroom offers a California
king bed, 55" flatscreen TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom
is ideal for families or additional guests, featuring a queen bed plus a twin-
over-twin bunk bed, 40" flatscreen TV, and its own private bathroom. Step
outside onto the lower-level back deck where a private BBQ makes it easy to

The big downside that will keep us from being in Helio’s north is all the stairs you have to do from the garage to come up to the condo.
