Adjacent is the Game Room featuring tournament style ping pong table, a 65” Curve TV, Lift Massage Chair, and Antique Chess/Checker/Backgammon table. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and modern amenities including Blendtec Blender, Keuric Coffee Maker, Aroma Electric Tea Pot. Stainless steel appliances include electric range and induction stovetop, microwave, French door refrigerator with below freezer, granite countertops & dishwasher.
Choose to dine in the formal dining room with elegant china & crystal or alfresco with everyday ware at the backyard fire pit table or front yard patio with standalone fire pit and lounge furniture.
All bedrooms and two full bathrooms are situated at the other end of the house away from the entertainment areas. They comprise a Master bedroom with ensuite full bath walk in shower, King size dual electric adjustable bed, bedside tables with lamps, dresser & 42” TV. Two guest rooms host Queen size beds with bedside tables and lamps. One queen room has a 24” TV. The fourth room is an office with Secretary desk, office chair, sorting tables and a Queen size air mattress. All bedrooms have black out blinds, roomy closets and dressers providing plenty of storage for personal items.
Ceiling fans and Molecule Air Filters ensure excellent air quality while central heat and air conditioning are powered by Smart Nest thermostat for added comfort.
