This large townhome offers room to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and is Pet Friendly!
Spacious living on the main level has furniture, gas fireplace, flat screen TV and large windows offering mountain views. You can also access the front deck to relax on. Kitchen offers a small island for easy meal prep, granite counter tops, 5 burner gas range and pantry that leads to the rear deck with a second gas fireplace, built in grill, and overhead radiant heating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.
The upstairs overlooks the great room and has a full bath. The second bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunks beds and the third bedroom with queen bed with ceiling fan.
The lower level has the family room that walks out to a back patio with 7 person hot tub. Also on this level is a bedroom with queen bed and attached bath, laundry, and living area with sofa sleeper.
Amenities in unit: This home has Air Conditioning to keep you cool on a hot summer day! Free WI-FI access. On site for guests to use paddleboard, snowshoes, sleds, fishing poles.
Please note this townhome is not on the public transportation schedule so all guests will need to have their own transportation. 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars in the driveway. No campers or trailer in driveway, no street parking per HOA.
