B&B A Casa di Angela

Ci è piaciuto tutto, la signora molto gentile e simpatica. Colazione top, marmellata fatta in casa all'arancia una delizia, come le altre cose che ha preparato. Da provare!!! Complimenti.

Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr aufmerksam und bereitete jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück. Sie lebt mit ihren Katzen sehr entspannt in einer großen Wohnung. Das Zimmer lag oben, wo auch das sehr geräumige Bad ist. Es ist ganz nah zum Meer und auch zur Altstadt kann man einen Spaziergang an der Promenade machen.. Mir hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen!

Angela è stata davvero disponibilissima :) ci ha permesso di fare colazione presto prima dell'orario previsto e ci ha dato tanti consigli utili per muoverci. E poi… i gattini sono adorabili!

La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: da siciliana mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare qualche proposta più tipica. Detto ciò, considerando il rapporto qualità-prezzo, è assolutamente soddisfacente

We enjoyed the host Angela. She was a very nice woman and knew English very good. She was super helpful. We also enjoyed her cats, they were very friendly :) The size of the room was good and it had balcony access. Good wardrobe size and pillows. There was free parking on the street always available. You must remember this is shared housing, so your in someone's home. It gives you a very homey feeling living where the owner does.

For some reason there seemed to be lack of ventilation upstairs. It always smelled like sewerage in the upstairs corridor before entering the bedroom, and since it's a shared bathroom it would mix with other unpleasant smells. The neighborhood didn't seem very safe. We were there for a night and came back late , streets were completely empty, a couple weird guys walking around at midnight, just an off feeling. My wife did not feel comfortable walking around. There is no city view, its just a view of an empty lot and the apartment buildings in front of the apartment building your in. Shared Bathroom prior to our arrival had grime on the inside edges of the shower and some hair. Not sure if maybe the other guest checked in prior to us and had showered but it just wasn't clean in our opinion. Since your living in someone's home, it's a bit weird. we came late from dinner and unlocked the door and it was loud, you can tell the host had gotten up to see. Plus you have to worry about making sure the cats don't get out, which after a few drinks in town might not be on your mind. Other guests room is right next to yours so the keeping quiet and not being able to shower after a certain time due to fear of making noise and disrupting people was a minus The one thing that really bugged me was that our first morning they had pavers arrive at 545 am and start paving the street at 6am. The entire neighborhood woke up from this noise and we were right in front of it. also our car was parked on that street so we had to move it. After having a 5am to midnight day the day before we expected peaceful sleep and didn't not get it. The Host never notified us about this construction in advance yet when I asked if she knew it would be going on she said yes.
