The host was extremely rude and unprofessional. We arrived in an uber with heavy luggage during an unbearable heat wave and our phones were almost dead, but the host refused to bring us the keys, so we had to sit in a restaurant charging our phones and my partner had to walk for a long time to find them. They were not close to the property. Upon entering the apartment building there were two four digit codes to enter the lift. It felt like a prison. The building smelled bad, like petrol. The door was not marked with the hosts name as per the instructions, so there was some confusion. Inside the flat the host provided the bare minimum. Only two towels were left for the 3 of us, no hand towels, and 1 floor towel. The duvets had no covers on them. The wifi did not work and the host refused to come fix it. But the worst thing was it was so hot we begged for a fan and the host refused. We couldn't sleep due to the heat and kept having to go sit in the bath in cold water. We sent several messages explaining our suffering but the host did not care. My partner had to walk for an hour in the heat looking for a fan and could only find a very small one for my daughter. The host told us to jump in the pool to help us sleep, but the pool closed at 8pm. The lack of sleep ruined the concert and the £1000 total we paid for the holiday. On the last day we asked for a late check out of 2pm so we could try to sleep before our flight and the host did not respond. The next day they sent us a long message lieing about the number of towels they had provided and accusing us of black mail. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me. The location is also very horrible. We only booked it as its close to the LDLC arena and the airport.

i am a smoker so a bit difficult to go down and enter passcodes after passcodes every time i go down, no place in case of rain for protection.

Pool Flat was reasonable equipped with all the usual household suppliers

The property has a very noisy mobile air conditioner and the door had to be kept open for hose. This made sleeping very difficult throughout our stay. The bathroom extractor fan didn't seem to work throughout our stay and was vert dirty. The wifi was intermittent. The flat is advertised to international customers. The manual should at least have a second language option. We had to physically type each word into google to translate, and gave up half way. The flat was smaller than expected

As a practical, well-organized person, I always look for comfort, cleanliness, fresh touch, and practicality. When everything is in order then the stay positively impacts your vacation. I believe you shouldn't have any headaches on arrival. Also, communication with the host should be nice, easy and smooth. In this case, I received everything including the personal touch from Christine and her neighbor who looked after us very well too. It was our first time staying in Lyon and we liked it a lot! We left the place with the desire to come back again and I believe it's the right feeling for any stay. Christine is a professional, very nice host and looked after us even despite the festive season! I appreciate receiving such an attitude. Also, she and her kind neighbors helped with the loss of wallet. Kind and safe neighbors helped us! In general, it was the perfect accommodation for 2-3 people. I liked the safety, quietness and the area. Everything was so convenient for our agenda which positively impact our holidays. We have only positive feelings from our stay and highly recommend Christine with her property to anyone else. You won't regret it! I in particular was touched by her humanity even though we don't know each other. Great experience!

Appartement propre et bien équipé, emplacement très central, à deux pas du tram

Quand on réserve un appartement à 2 pas du tram, avec un descriptif signalant une arrivée autonome via un coffre sécurisé sur place MAIS qu'on apprends au dernier moment que la boîte à clef est de l'autre côté de la vile... Il faut alors marcher des kilomètres et revenir à l'appartement avec les clefs! ABSURDE !

logement dans un quartier calme, proche de petits commerces, idéalement placé pour rejoindre à pied le Groupama Stadium / LDLC Arena et pour rejoindre en transport en commun le centre de Lyon. appartement conforme à la présentation, parfaitement équipé pour un week end famille, literie confortable.

Super séjour pour ma semaine d'intégration

Je cherchais un logement pour ma semaine d'intégration. L'appartement est spacieux, le couchage est très confortable, et très bien aménagé avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Il y a de très nombreux parking proche (attention aux dates de marché) et plusieurs commerces et restaurants si l'on veut se faire plaisir. Je recommande chaleureusement !

Le calme de la résidence, la propreté du logement, la grande salle de bain, le confort des literies.

Aller chercher la clé à 10 mn en voiture dans une rue étroite au stationnement difficile. Je suggère de mettre la clé à disposition au début du séjour dans la boîte à clés à côté de la porte d'entrée du logement.

Passable, mais pas adapté aux jeunes enfants

La salle de bain est spacieuse, le logement était propre.

Beaucoup de points négatifs : récupérer les clés à une autre adresse à 10 minutes de voiture et s'y retrouver parmi tous les codes d'entrée. C'est un studio très étroit pour 4 avec un coin chambre sans rideaux. Logement non adapté aux enfants en bas âge, petite table haute avec tabourets de bar non stables pour un enfant de 3 ans, de même que la petite table basse à 3 pieds qui bascule. Le canapé-lit était particulièrement inconfortable. Logement pour deux plutôt que quatre personnes. Pas de transats à la piscine, mais très propre.
