A comfortable first-floor flat, a few minutes walk from the beach and the town centre.

A nice flat conveniently located in a residential area of Le Crotoy and just a few minutes walk from the estuary beach in one direction and a good supermarket in the other. It's about 10 minutes walk into town, where there are numerous seafood restaurants. The hosts were pro-active and helpful, providing entry instructions and other useful information by email well before we arrived. Parking in the street outside is free at the time of year we visited, but is payable in the summer season. The flat itself was very clean and reasonably well equipped, the beds were comfortable and the heating worked.

Visitors should be aware the flat is on the first floor and up two flights of external stairs. The key safe controls an inner door, meaning the more secure-looking outer door is not lockable. We could hear the people in the flat downstairs, so presumably they could hear us. The toilet cubicle is quite cramped and opens directly off the kitchen, so not very private. And finally, it's not the hosts fault but don't travel to Le Crotoy in the week after Armistice Day as all the restaurants were ALL closed for a week's pre-Christmas holiday.

Bel appartement décoré avec goût, pratique et cosy. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour!

Location très bien placée et pratique pour des activités variées dans la baie de Somme. Très bons équipements et vue sur la mer au premier étage. Très bons rapports avec les propriétaires et informations données très utiles et efficaces.

Le stationnement payant dans toute la ville, et notamment au pied de la location. Ce n'est bien sûr pas la faute des propriétaires ... Tout le reste était bien !

Super weekend

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'appartement était nickel et bien équipé. Il ne manquait rien. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer Guillaume qui est très sympathique. A refaire sans hésitation.

Un magnifique séjour, on reviendra!

L'appartement est très lumineux et est idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et du centre. La cuisine est bien équipé et le logement très propre.

Peut-être que c'est parce qu'on ne vit pas en appartement mais il nous a semblé que l'isolation entre les étages n'est pas excellente. Peur de faire du bruit pour la famille du dessous, réveil pendant la nuit des bébés qui pleurent ou ronflements...
