Location was great. Close to shops, hotel, surf club and beach. Unit was modern and ideal for 2 couples. Easy access via lift and carparks provided.
Unit desperately needs a full clean which it appeared it hadn't had for quite sometime. BBQ was too dirty to use. Floor tiles obviously hadn't been mopped due to the colour of the bottom of our feet when getting into the shower. Should have kept our shoes on !

Absolutely excellent location, short walk to beach, shops and eateries.
Property was clean, spacious and all facilities provided. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Large TV. Pool was well maintained and delightful.
Shower hose in ensuite bathroom has a kink, which needs attention - it affected water pressure (but is an easy fix).

The apartment was beautiful with high ceilings, very clean and modern. 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms. Lovely big balcony. We didn't use the pool however would be so great in the summer. Secure parking and elevators are great. Real Estate agent hosts were reasonable and flexible with the guest changes made to the booking.
It gets super hot during the day, we were there in winter, and the aircon didn't seem to work very well even with the fans on. The main bedroom bed was super firm and very hard to get comfortable on.

The Apartment was comfortable and the kitchen very well supplied with cooking equipment. The location was a convenient walk to the heart of Woorim but the view was of a carpark obscured by trees.
The remote control for the garage failed during my stay
