Villa Katarina - Neubau großer Pool beheizt - Meerblick

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Katarina! Everything about our visit was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances we could possibly need, making it incredibly convenient to prepare few meals during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was spotless and very well maintained. The private parking is just outside the villa. The villa also features a beautiful outdoor grill area. The location is perfect - very near to the beach, with lots of good restaurants (eg. Castello) , grocery shops nearby. On top of all that, our host Simon was extremely helpful and responsive, always ready to answer any questions we had and making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay.

Villa Katarina felt like a paradise. Whole building was already on the first site a nice peace of architecture with a emphasis on every detail. Communication with the owners went very smoothly as well as handling over the keys and check out. Villa has a nice, spacious private pool with a cleaning service once a week. By the house there is a cosy sitting area to relax or enjoy afternoon drink with a beautiful view of the sunset over the sea. Whole outside area gives you enough privacy, you don’t see your neighbors from houses around more than it’s necessary, which is really nice for sunbathing. House offers 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, cosy living room and very well equipped kitchen. Owners have definitely good taste for design, you could see it in every little detail, decoration, equipment which gives you feeling like being at home. Moreover, house must very well isolated, even in the warmest days we did not have to use air-condition at all during a whole day, sleeping at night was therefore very comfortable. I must say, this is the first accommodation in Croatia I would definitely return to one day. I highly recommend to choose Villa Katarina, you won’t regret your choice, Its really the high end.

Distance from villa to the beach is approximately 10minutes walk. You can easily handle this by bringing or renting bikes (200meters from villa there is a guy who rents all kinds of equipment) which gives you a great opportunity to explore your surroundings or go for a coffee or lunch to the closest historical town Nin. There were days we did not go to the beach, we just wanted to enjoy the pool and our cosy villa. That was already perfect enough :)
