The Space:

Tiny Inja 1 by Tiny Away is situated in the peaceful town of Kurrajong, East Australia. Our holiday homes are situated 75 kilometres north-west of Sydney and are surrounded by wide-open spaces, dense forests, and birdlife.



Exciting attractions include Bilpin Cider Co, the Grand Canyon Walking Track, Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Bungarribee Park and Cattai National Park.



A cozy 190-square-foot tiny home with a lofted queen-sized bed and a convertible double bed couch on the ground floor. All with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be a second tiny house called, “Tiny Inja 2” , located 50 meters away. For group bookings, contact the host in 24 hrs advance.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.



Preorders are available with 24 hrs prior notice:



Clients can grab wood themselves. Each house now has a woodpile and a milk crate . It is $20/crate and the bank details are in the house.



ADVISORY:



- Check-in time is before 9 PM only.

- Expect free-roaming pets on the property.

- Please note we are situated in a lively neighborhood with occasional noise.

- We supply pots & pans, crockery & cutlery, dishwashing soap, tea, coffee & sugar and Salt & Pepper.

- Cooking Facilities: Induction cooktop, Charcoal BBQ, a microwave, and an open fire (weather permitting)

Tiny Inja 1 by Tiny Away is located in the charming town of Kurrajong, NSW, just an hour from Sydney — the perfect base for a peaceful, nature-filled retreat. Slow down and reconnect with nature at our cozy holiday home.



Discover the best of Kurrajong with a visit to Bilpin Cider Co, set on 10 acres of scenic gardens. Explore the Grand Canyon Walking Track, Hawkesbury Lookout, or the Blue Mountains Botanic Garden for stunning views and outdoor adventure.



Enjoy the outdoors at Bungarribee Park and Cattai National Park, both ideal for walking, picnicking, and family activities like canoeing and fishing.



For great local dining, try Kravings, The Village Kitchen, or Kurmond Social. The nearby Blue Mountains also offer beautiful cafés, shops, and bakeries surrounded by rugged scenery.



Getting Around:

By Car

1-hour North West from Sydney toward the Lithgow/Blue Mountains



By Public Transport

- Closest train station is Richmond. There’s taxi from the train station.

- This area is serviced by Uber and that there are taxis from Richmond Train station, if people will get there by train.



Other Things to Note:

- Wifi is available.

- No smoking allowed

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.

- Please keep an eye on children inside as the stairs to the loft are steep

- Keep in mind that some areas are shared, such as the BBQ grill, chairs, etc.

- We would like to advise guests that longer check-outs will incur an additional charge.





Important note:



- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- Guests with infants are recommended to bring their own portable travel cot during their stay

- We are surrounded by working farms and potential noise from neighbours mowing or working

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the flushing toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
