About this house rental
This is not the closest house to The Pearl District, but it is the 5th closest house. The property is newly rebuilt from the ground up for VRBO. The whole structure designed by an HGTV celebrity. It is the perfect setup and location to get a group together and explore the newest and most vibrant part of San Antonio.
There is an attached townhouse to the cottage on the property with occasional guests. The spaces are each entirely private with no interaction beyond passing on the sidewalk. The driveway space is for the guests in the townhouse only.
Smoke free. Substances free property. Thank you for respecting our wishes. There is a $200 fee for any evidence of tobacco products or illegal substances found on the property.
The spaces were made for groups to be together before and after experiencing the best parts of San Antonio.
Each bedroom is furnished with luxury mattresses, pillows, and linens. There is ample closet space for belongings. Three full bathrooms furnished with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, make-up removers, and hair dryers.
The kitchen has complimentary Keurig coffee cups, spices, cookware, bakeware, and utensils for the chef in the group. A full size refrigerator and a mini wine fridge with plenty of glasses.
There is a 55" UHD TV, gas fireplace, internet, and plenty of space to work or relax. The back yard has swings for the entire group, a fire table, and regulation length cornhole turf.
Check-in: 4 pm (if no previous guest that day, check in can be much earlier, just request. Bag drop off is always acceptable)
Check-out: 11 am (late check out is possible if no subsequent guest scheduled! Just request)
Private electronic access to the front door to come and go as you please at any hour.

Wonderful home for our stay in San Antonio during our daughters college graduation. It was convienient for family and friends to stop by, for the girls to get ready and spend time with family and friends. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The property is beautifully maintained, very clean, welcoming, modern decor, and had everything we needed.

Great location. Nice place. The only con was that there are only 6 hangars for the whole house, so not ideal for a longer term stay.
